Reached at Tabur Hill around 6 AM and we started to hike. Some of us (including me) forgot to bring our own torch lights, and gloves making the journey a little bit harder (>.<) Resulting to me having a few scratches on my hands (especially my fingers x.X) What's the most interesting part is that, after hiking 2 out of 5 peaks, there was a thunder.. then... FLOOOSSHH----heavy rain (Siao, isnt it? when we were quite far from where we came from!!! geez!). All of us were soaked. We stopped at a point to wait for the rain to cease... but it just got heavier and heavier. No shelter, no nothing... just standing (and some sitting) under the heavy rain (x_X)
With such heavy rain, we decided to stop hiking because it's dangerous to continue to hike, and return back to our starting point. (We were quite far already!) So when the rain started to cease a 'bit', we begin our journey back 'home'.. hahaha
While on the way, we almost got lost! Geez, luckily we make a "u-turn" and found the path we used. Cant really enjoy the sceneries there, due to mist and it is still raining! We thought we were able to enjoy a 'sun rise view', but turns out to be a 'misty view'... lol. But, we could still see a beautiful lake and the city. There were beautiful sceneries even though it wasn't really clear.
So after we hike hike hike for 2 hours, with all of us 200% wet, we decided to go to a nearby Petronas station to change clothes. (What i learned from this journey is to bring along a pants and undergarments, not just a shirt in our next trip, hahahaa!!)
Then we decided to drive to Batu Caves to climb the stairs since we couldn’t complete our hiking @ bukit tabur!! lol, Nah, no way, man! We went to Batu Caves to have our brunch (10.45 am then) The restaurant was quite famous for its porridge and noodles. (a corner shop, i think most of you would have went there before =/)
So we ordered a couple of dishes and we gobble it all up like nobody’s business.. hahahaha. But what shocked me was the table i was sitting (there were 10 people) most of them had their own DSLRs... (Sheesh! how much i envy them! AND it was only the table i was sitting!!!) Most of them are professional photographers, so they brought their own DSLR bags, lens, etc, etc... all those DSLR equipments. Shit! And what's funny is that when the first dish arrives, all of them stood up and started to take pictures!! my gawd, it's like those foods were celebs and them, paparazzi!!
After we finished makan already, we had some chat, and around 12.30, we decided to part. It was an interesting and adventurous journey. When I reached home, i quickly took my shower and head to my bed.. HAHAHA! It's quite a tiring outing, but all of us decided to finish the other 'part 2' of bukit tabur some other time ^^
Here's some pictures taken.. (There weren’t lots due to the heavy rain... >.<)
Can you see how 'dark' it is & how it's like to hike without a torchlight??? LOL
The Hiking People!
Can you see how wet we are? hahaha
Just finished changing our clothes @ Petronas
The Porridge which i said "Famous & Delicious"~!
Those which i circled in red are the DSLRs they're holding!!!
Plus, the one in red sentence: "1 more here!" which is taking our picture!
